All SerialComm products sold at this website have a 30-day money back guarantee and  a 5-year manufacturer's warranty.   Products that are damaged or modified are not covered under this warranty. Product with missing parts will have an assessed fee and the customer will be contacted prior to charging this fee

Sima S. Enterprises LLC has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You may return items sold by Sima S. Enterprises within 30 days of delivery for a full refund by the same method in which payment was received. We do not store credit cards for the protection of our customers. Due to this, sometimes when we post-process a refund we may need to send a check or wire the funds. Large wholesale or custom orders are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged during shipping. We do not reimburse shipping expenses. However, we will pay for the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. In addition, we can only issue a partial refund for the return of any item that is not in its original condition and damaged by the customer. For products returned with missing parts, we will assess a fee to replace those parts and we will contact you prior to finalizing the transaction.

Sima S. Enterprises LLC provides same-day shipping or next day shipping on all our products world-wide in most cases. Sima S. Enterprise's only guarantees that the product ordered arrives to the courier service on time. We can not guarantee the shipping courier such as FedEx, UPS and USPS will ship the product on time. Some carriers such as FeEx and UPS no longer guarantee theirs services any more and rarely packages are late due to their services. Given availability of items ordered, domestic orders with free shipping after 3:00 pm are usually shipped the next business day. Given availability of items ordered, express orders are shipped the same business day until the cut off time of 6:00 pm. Large quantities or custom orders may take longer to prepare and the customer will be notified of estimated time of arrival. Optional shipping costs are not refundable once the service has been rendered.
