SerialComm offers a 5-year manufacturer's warranty for all of our products we sell. Deemed that the returned products are defective that were purchased from Sima S. Enterprises LLC, the returned products shall be replaced with new units for up to 5 years after the date of purchase. We will not replace any item, if it is not returned to us that is not in form in which it was purchased. Some examples include: user neglect or dinged, customized, or marked up enclosures. There will be a fee, if the product is returned with missing parts. We will assess a charge for the missing parts and we will notify the customer of the charge and an explanation before return is processed. Shipping charges are not reimbursed unless the return was due to our error. If we are unable to replace the item, we shall offer a replacement product or refund the purchase price of the product.
All products sold from Sima S. Enterprises come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Any product purchased from Sima S. Enterprises may be returned for an exchange or refund, minus the shipping cost, within 30 days from the date of purchase. If for any reason, the return is due to a issue caused by our company, we will also pay for the shipping cost. We will not refund in full or exchange any products that are not in their original condition or damaged due to user neglect. There will be a fee assessed for returned products with missing parts.
Any product purchased from Sima S. Enterprises can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund. Refunds cannot be given for any product purchased from us that is defective due to neglect, modification, or not in the same condition it was sold. For products with missing parts, we will charge a fee for the missing parts and contact the customer before processing the return. If the product qualifies for a refund, please wait up to 10 days after the date the returned product was received for the refund to be processed and posted. Our preferred method of refund is by the same method you paid us. Please keep in mind, we do not retain any credit card information so in some cases we may have to send you a check or wire for reimbursement.
In order for any refund or exchange transaction to be processed accurately, please complete the RMA form or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the order number, your contact information, details about why you are returning the product, the date of purchase if you have it and any other applicable information. To properly process a product return, we need to identify the order and issue to customer a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. If you cannot find the order number, you can either send us the last 4 digits of your credit card or contact us, so we can try to find your order number in our accounting system.
