The TTL-485-2 is a RS485 to TTL converter, which can be used to convert RS485 to a 5V DC TTL-compatible levels and vice versa. It is also ideal for extending the TTL distance. The unit is powered from an external 5V DC power supply. It also supports data direction auto-turnaround, therefore, no external power or flow control is required.

TERMINATION BOARD

Numbers on the left hand side indicate the pin assignment of DB-9 Male Connector (TTL side and RS485 side)
On TTL side TX is the TTL Output and RX is the TTL Input
+5V pin and GND must be connected to a +5V DC power supply.
Turn ON the 120 Ohm End of Line Terminator only when the RS485's distance is over 660ft (200m)
