Question 2:  How do I know my converters are powered and functioning well?

Answer:  There is a +5V pin on the termination board attached to the converter. Measure this pin and the Ground. If you get more than +5V, your converters are powered correctly. Otherwise, please check your connection. For example, if the converter is connected to a DCE device, you need to swap Pin 2 and 3 (or use a Null-modem converter to connect in between the device and the converter).
